    What is your schedule?
    Small Group Personal Training Sessions (3 sessions per week) are by appointment between 5am - 9pm Mon - Thur, 5am - 8pm Friday, and
     8am - 12pm Sat.
    We DO NOT offer Personal Training on Sundays.

    Team Training Schedule: 
    At your assessment we will recommend the sessions right for you!

    Afterburn:
    Monday: 7am
     Tuesday: 5:15am, 10am, 5pm, 6:15pm
    Wednesday: 7am
    Thursday: 5:15am, 10am, 5pm
    Friday: 7am, 6pm
    Saturday: 9:00am

    Foundations:
    Monday: 10am
    Wednesday: 10am
    Thursday: 6:15pm
    Friday: 10am

    Do I have to come every single day?
    Absolutely NOT...you can get great results in as little as 4 days a week with us.
    If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
    Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level.
